Tra Su Forest Tour
This large rich flooded ecological ecosystem is a combination of thousands of Cajuput trees and has an enchanting green carpet of duckweed covering the whole area. The nature reserve is home to over 140 different plant species. Here you can discover from up close more than 70 bird species (with 2 endangered species), 11 mammal species including the “Short-eared dog bat” which is also on the endangered list of Vietnam, 25 reptile species including Cobra, and more than 23 different fish species.
The tour in the forest starts with a small canoe, The boat driver will paddle quietly through the green water hyacinth, allowing you to observe the diverse wildlife from up close.
You will be immersed in this peaceful green nature place and have the feeling of being transported into a true Eden paradise
After paddling through the lush paradise, a motorboat will bring you deeper into the forest, With a small walk, you will find the longest bamboo bridge in the world, expanding 10km into the mangrove forest. When walking over the bridge, you smell the delicate scent of the white Cajuput flower and see many different birds nesting in the trees and the duckweed floating on the water.
