Crafted with devotion and tradition, our original rice spirit begins with the perfect harmony of premium sticky rice, pure spring water, and our family’s secret yeast — a recipe handed down through generations. The mash is left to ferment for two weeks, allowing the natural sweetness of the rice to mature and deepen in character.

Once the fermentation reaches perfection, the mash is distilled in our nearly 200-year-old copper still — the same traditional method Vietnamese artisans have used for centuries. A wood fire burns steadily beneath, releasing a gentle vapor that travels through hand-forged copper pipes into a cooling barrel, where the essence condenses drop by drop — like tears of the earth — into pure spirit.

The result is an unparalleled flavor experience: smooth and refined, with the gentle sweetness of glutinous rice caressing the palate. It doesn’t burn — it warms. A spirit that carries not only taste, but the soul of Vietnamese tradition.
